Because each item is made to order and often customized, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We will gladly replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens:

Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

We will review and process a replacement or refund if applicable.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect sizing (please review size guide before ordering)

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
